League of Legends database. Functions as a search/filter/display for all League of Legends game objects (champions, items, runes, masteries, summoner spells).
When first started, you will have to download roughly 40 MB of data from Riot's servers. This is to allow for offline storage of all the game data. It will only have to be downloaded once (per patch), and allows for repeated checking and quick searches without incurring large data costs.
USB Storage: Needed to store the most current League of Legends game data, so that the app does not require an update when League updates.
Network Access: Needed to download the game data, and give a warning popup before the large amount of data is downloaded over a network that possibly has bandwidth limits or could incur data charges.
Prevent phone from sleeping: Needed to ensure the data download does not get interrupted accidentally.
